On November 10, 2012 at the Meroney Theatre in Salisbury, our 2013 Miss Rowan County queens were crowned. Miss Rowan County, Katie Archer, and Miss Rowan County's Outstanding Teen, Hannah Welborn-Lewis will represent the Rowan County region at the Miss North Carolina and Miss North Carolina's Outstanding Teen pageant in June 2013 in Raleigh.
